When the Kinpanion camera detects a fall, sign of distress, or wandering, caregivers get an alert right away. A quiet home simply reads as "all good" — no news is good news.

In the app, go to Settings → Rooms & sensors to add a room or device, rename them, move a device between rooms, or remove a room or device. Removing a room unassigns its devices (they aren't deleted); removing a device stops monitoring from it.
Manage your plan from Settings → Billing. If a payment fails, you keep full safety access during a grace period; after that, reactivate to restore monitoring.
Kinpanion uses secure sign-in links sent to your email — no password to remember. Tap the link on your device to sign in.
